Role: Showroom Manager – Jewellery

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise sales staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
Achieve sales targets and drive showroom revenue growth.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor jewellery stock, inventory records, and stock reconciliation.
Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewellery items.
Manage billing, payments, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Implement promotional activities and showroom sales strategies.




Prepare daily sales reports and inventory updates for management.
Ensure compliance with showroom policies and security procedures.

Required Skills:
Experience in jewellery retail or showroom management.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Robust attention to detail, integrity, and time management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
