Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Civil Engineer responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of swimming pool and water body civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute swimming pool civil construction works including:
Excavation
PCC & RCC works
Pool shell construction
Waterproofing systems
Plastering, tiling, and finishing works
Study and interpret GFC drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs
Coordinate with MEP, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing teams
Ensure works are executed as per approved methodology, specifications, and standards
Monitor line, level, slope, and dimensional accuracy of pool structures
Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material planning
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with test requirements
Prepare and submit:
Daily progress reports
Measurement sheets
Work completion reports
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors
Ensure site safety and compliance with company HSE policies
Support inspection,



snag clearance, and handover activities

Required Skills & Knowledge
Robust knowledge of:
Swimming pool construction methodology
RCC & waterproofing systems
Tile laying standards for pools
Expansion joints and overflow gutter details
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
Knowledge of quality control procedures
Familiar with Indian Standards (IS codes) related to civil works
Positive communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Preferred Experience
Experience in Swimming Pools, Water Bodies, Fountains, or Recreational Projects
Experience in residential, villa, hotel, or clubhouse pool projects

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
