Educational Qualification
Minimum: Any degree or diploma in Computer Applications, IT, or Computer Science.
Preferred: BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech / Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
Technical Knowledge
Basic knowledge of hospital software (HIS/HMIS).
Understanding of hospital workflows: OP, IP, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and EMR.
Basic computer hardware, networking and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Basic SQL and database knowledge is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum: Freshers may be considered if they have positive computer knowledge and communication skills.
Preferred: 8–10 years of experience in hospital IT support or software coordination.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate with doctors, nurses, billing staff and other departments.
Ability to coordinate with software vendors and developers.




Problem-solving, documentation and user-training skills.
5.Main responsibilities:
Coordinate hospital software support, including HIS/HMIS, EMR, billing, pharmacy, and laboratory systems.
Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve software-related issues.
Liaise with software developers and vendors for troubleshooting and updates.
Monitor IT support requests and follow up until resolution.
Assist with user training and hospital software implementation.
Coordinate with the IT team for network, server, and computer-related issues as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
