Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with a solid focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, and recruitment partners.
Support onboarding and joining formalities, as required.

Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Solid communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a deadline-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
