CORE MAKERS is hiring an experienced Event & Exhibition Production Manager to handle end-to-end planning, coordination, production and execution of corporate events, exhibitions and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete event and exhibition production from planning to execution.
Handle exhibition stall fabrication, installation and dismantling.
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, contractors and production teams.
Manage corporate events, exhibitions and brand activations.
Understand stall designs, layouts, measurements and technical drawings.
Prepare BOQs, production budgets and material requirements.
Handle client coordination, vendor negotiations and site management.
Manage manpower, logistics,



transportation and onsite operations.
Ensure quality work and timely project completion.
Travel across India for event and exhibition projects.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Management, Exhibition Production or Event Production Management.
Good knowledge of event production and exhibition stall fabrication.
Strong vendor coordination and project management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule during events.

Salary: Based on experience and skills
