Key Responsibilities
Analyse existing ERP workflows and identify areas requiring modification or improvement.
Customise ERP modules, forms, fields, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows as per business requirements.
Develop and implement recent features, functionalities, and process enhancements within the ERP system.
Configure user roles, access permissions, master data, and system settings.
Work with departments such as HR, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Logistics, and Operations to gather requirements.
Develop or modify reports, MIS, and data exports to support business decision-making.
Troubleshoot ERP errors, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with external ERP vendors when required.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual data entry.
Conduct system testing, implement changes, and ensure data accuracy and system stability.
Maintain technical documentation, change logs, and user guides.




Provide user training and ongoing technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in ERP customisation, configuration, development, or implementation.
Experience modifying an existing ERP system rather than only using it as an end user.
Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.
Experience with APIs, integrations, scripting, or programming relevant to the ERP platform.
Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, reporting, and automation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
