Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Follow company policies and meet performance targets.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred.
Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
