Job Title: HSE Supervisor

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4–9 Years

Job Description:
Supervise day-to-day safety activities at project sites.
Monitor compliance with safety procedures, PPE and safe work practices.
Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
Conduct toolbox talks and support safety awareness programs.
Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain safety checklists, inspection reports and site records.
Coordinate with workers, contractors and supervisors on safety requirements.
Assist in accident, incident and near-miss reporting.
Monitor housekeeping and secure working conditions at site.
Support HSE Officers during audits and inspections.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
Industrial Safety certification preferred.
4–9 years of relevant HSE/site safety experience.
Valuable knowledge of site safety practices and HSE regulations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
