Role Overview

We are looking for a Front Office Executive who will be the first point of contact for our organization and play an important role in creating a skilled and welcoming experience for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality,



and the ability to manage front-office responsibilities efficiently in a quick-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception/front desk and ensure a skilled and welcoming environment.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and guests with professionalism.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access with the concerned teams.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting areas are properly arranged.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office administration teams.
Receive, sort, and distribute courier and mail.
Maintain records of couriers,

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
