Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Placement Officer to manage student placements, build relationships with companies, generate job prospects, coordinate interviews, and support students throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end student placement process.
Connect with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring partners to generate fresher job opportunities.
Source and share suitable job openings with eligible students.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining updates.
Guide students on interview schedules, eligibility criteria, and recruitment procedures.
Maintain accurate placement records, including applications, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
Track students actively seeking placement and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal training teams regarding student readiness and placement eligibility.




Build and maintain a database of companies and recruiters hiring freshers.
Work towards monthly targets for job opportunities, interviews, and student placements.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable calling HR professionals and companies to generate job opportunities.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple students, recruiters, and interview schedules.
Target-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
