Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage guest seating arrangements and table allocation.
Handle reservations, waiting lists, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest seating.
Provide basic information about the menu, offers, and services.
Manage guest flow during peak hours.
Handle customer requests and direct complaints to the concerned team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Maintain reservation records and guest information.
Follow grooming standards and hospitality service protocols.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and skilled grooming.
Positive customer service and guest-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of restaurant or café operations.
Solid coordination and multitasking abilities.
Patience and a positive attitude.
Teamwork and time management skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
