Location:- Barhi, Sonipat, Haryana

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Printing Technology

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee end-to-end printing, packaging production, and finishing operations. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen to ensure production efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end printing, packaging production, and finishing operations.
Lead and guide the maintenance and utilities teams.
Ensure product quality standards and timely delivery.
Develop business strategies to expand market share.
Control operational costs and improve production efficiency.
Supervise technical teams, production staff, and administrative departments.




Maintain solid relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and support audits.
Implement and maintain 5S practices across operations.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of printing and packaging processes.
Experience managing large teams and production lines.
Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of compliance and audit procedures.
Valuable exposure to 5S practices.
Proven track record with reputed organizations.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
