Job Title: CRM Sales Lead

Role summary

We are looking for a CRM Sales Lead to manage and grow our B2B customer base across packaging, printing and signage segments. You will own the sales pipeline end to end, from lead capture to repeat orders, and use the CRM to drive follow-ups, forecasting and account growth.

Key responsibilities

Own and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, from lead entry through quotation, negotiation and order closure.

Generate and qualify leads from enquiries, dealers, packaging users and sign makers, and convert them into long-term accounts.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive repeat business and upsell the sheet, packaging and printing range.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with production, printing and dispatch teams on specifications, timelines and deliveries.

Track sales targets, conversion rates, follow-up discipline and customer retention, and report weekly and monthly to management.

Keep CRM data clean and current,



and set follow-up cadences for the sales team.

Lead, coach and review a small sales or customer-support team (if applicable).

Gather market and competitor feedback on pricing, product demand and customer needs.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing preferred.

3 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in plastics, packaging, printing, signage or industrial products.

Hands-on experience with a CRM tool (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and MS Excel.

Robust negotiation, communication and follow-up skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.

Ability to read product specifications and explain them to customers.

Target-driven, organised and comfortable with data-led sales reviews.

Valuable to have

Experience selling corrugated sheets, packaging or sheet-based products.

Experience handling dealer or distributor networks would be an add on advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
