Work Location: - Chinchwad, Pune.

Experience: - 5 – 8 Years (Relevant experience in Real Estate)

Roles and Responsibility:-
Develop and achieve sales and marketing targets.
Develop current customers, dealers, distributors, and poultry farm networks.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor market demand and competitor activities.
Plan and execute promotional activities, meetings, exhibitions, and product campaigns.
Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing roadmaps aligned with revenue targets, market dynamics, and product lifecycle stages.
Build automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to ensure pipeline visibility and marketing–sales alignment.
Coordinate with sales, marketing,



and technical teams.
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the sales team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.
Provide market feedback and business development recommendations to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
