Job Title: Field Executive – RoW Land Settlement

About Peetch Infotech Pvt Ltd: Based in Bhubaneswar, Peetch Infotech Pvt Ltd (est. 2022) specializes in infrastructure project development, regulatory compliance, and government liaison for sectors including renewable energy and public utility infrastructure.

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Field Executive to support on-ground operations for a public utility project involving government-owned Right of Way (ROW) land.

This role requires extensive daily travel to facilitate document collection, community engagement, and smooth execution of land settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily field visits to engage with local landowners and residents in the project area.

Assist the project team in organizing community meetings and on-ground consultations.

Collect, verify, and process necessary land documents and consent forms.

Act as the primary on-ground contact to address community queries and record grievances.

Coordinate with local government officials (e.g., RI, Amin)



to ensure smooth physical access to the ROW.

Submit daily field reports tracking visit outcomes and developments. Qualifications & Skills:

Any Graduate / 12th Pass with prior fieldwork, surveying, or land project experience.

Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

Fluency in the local language (Odia) with strong communication skills.

High energy, willingness to travel extensively, and ability to build trust with rural stakeholders.

Compensation & Advantages:

Salary: ₹17,000 / month

Salary Details:

Fixed Basic Salary: ₹10,000

Fixed Travel Allowance (Includes food): ₹5,000

Fuel Reimbursement: ₹2,000 / month

Accommodation: Lodging (room rent) during field deployments will be fully borne by the company.
