Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer with basic networking knowledge and hands-on experience in IT support and CCTV installation to manage network infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and support on-site installation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
Install and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, including IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
Handle network cabling, cable termination, and connectivity testing.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Visit client locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Maintain technical documentation and installation reports.





Qualification & Skills
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in networking or IT support.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network cabling.
Hands-on knowledge of CCTV installation is required.
Knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
