Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record of generating business prospects and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify potential properties, projects, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and performance updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Requirements




Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in real estate business development or sales.
Robust network of real estate developers, investors, brokers, and property owners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
Ability to work independently and lead business development initiatives.

A senior-level professional with a robust industry network, commercial understanding, and the ability to independently drive business growth.
