Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Counselor to join Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant wellness services, and assisting them throughout the counseling and conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about company services.

Counsel customers professionally and address their queries and concerns.

Explain services, packages, benefits, and applicable terms clearly.

Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.

Convert qualified leads into appointments or sales as per company targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams when required.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.





Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Ensure a good customer experience throughout the counseling process.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive Hindi and English communication; additional regional languages are an advantage.

Solid convincing and counseling abilities.

Customer-oriented approach.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Timely and accurate reporting.

Customer satisfaction and retention.

Timing-9:30 to 6:30 pm

Monday to Friday one rotational off, Saturday and Sunday are working.
