We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commi III to join our culinary team at Las Hermanas, a premium Goan-Mexican food truck concept. The candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing dishes as per the menu and recipes.
Carry out basic food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, marinades, and other ingredients.
Assist in preparing tacos, burritos, nachos, and other menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.
Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and truck, equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
Follow food safety standards and proper food storage procedures.




Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and reporting shortages to the senior chef.
Ensure mise en place is completed before service.
Work efficiently during busy service hours and support the team in timely order preparation.
Follow instructions from the senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organize the food truck and follow protected working practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
