Job Description – Pharma Sales Executive

Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role

Rossel Lifesciences is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Pharma Sales Executive to support our PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business leads and identify potential customers.
Contact pharma distributors, stockists, and prospective franchise partners.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
Explain pharmaceutical product offerings and business opportunities.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on enquiries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain records of leads, calls,



follow-ups, and sales activities.

Eligibility & Skills
Experience in PCD Pharma, pharmaceutical sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
