Core Responsibilities
Project Execution: Design and run community programs in areas like education, healthcare, livelihood, and environmental sustainability.
Partner & NGO Management: Coordinate with non-profit partners, conduct due diligence, and monitor field implementation.
Budget & Compliance: Track fund utilization, manage project finances, and prepare statutory documentation and impact reports.
Employee Engagement: Organize corporate volunteering days, giving campaigns, and internal ESG awareness activities.
Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with local communities, government bodies, and corporate leadership.
Education: Degree in Social Work (MSW), Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 7+ years in CSR, program management, or community development.
Key Competencies: Robust project planning, grant writing, data reporting, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
