We are looking for an experienced Architect with expertise in industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, logistics parks and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare master plans, site layouts, architectural drawings and working drawings.
Design industrial factories, PEB warehouses, office blocks and utility buildings.
Plan industrial circulation, truck movement, parking, fire tender access and site infrastructure.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire and other engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, NBC and industrial development regulations.
Prepare approval drawings, area statements and client presentations.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit (preferred).
Robust knowledge of industrial planning and warehouse design.
Valuable understanding of statutory approvals and industrial building regulations.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Qualification: B.Arch

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
