Job Summary
Sell both life insurance and general insurance products.
Acquire current customers and understand their financial and protection needs.
Recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, prospecting, corporate tie-ups, and channel partners.
Understand customers’ financial goals, protection requirements, and insurance needs.
Sell life insurance products, including term plans, savings plans, retirement solutions, ULIPs, and protection plans.
Sell general insurance products, including motor, health, travel, property, and commercial insurance.
Explain product features, benefits, coverage, exclusions, premiums, and policy terms.
Prepare quotations and compare insurance policies to recommend suitable options.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Assist customers with proposal forms, KYC, documentation, and application completion.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, and servicing.
Follow up on renewals,



cross-selling, additional sales opportunities, and customer retention.
Build and manage a customer portfolio while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Guide customers through claims processes and policy-servicing requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and MIS reports.
Stay updated on insurance products, market developments, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
Robust sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Working knowledge of life insurance, general insurance, and basic financial planning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
