Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Product features, sizes, prices and offers ki proper information dena.
Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets achieve karna.
Customer satisfaction aur excellent shopping experience maintain karna.
Upselling and cross-selling ke through sales increase karna.
Product display aur showroom ki cleanliness maintain karna.
Stock availability aur product movement par nazar rakhna.
Billing/POS process mein support karna.
Customer queries aur complaints ko professionally handle karna.
Store Manager aur team ke saath coordinate karke showroom operations smoothly chalana.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply, retail sales experience will be an advantage.
