Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and improve audience engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience behavior.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
Improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility organically.
Assist in running paid social media campaigns, if required.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and communication standards.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.




Solid written communication and creative thinking skills.
Basic understanding of content marketing, digital marketing, and social media analytics.
Familiarity with Canva and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools is an advantage.

Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in social media management is preferred.
Freshers with strong creativity and practical social media knowledge may also apply.

Content consistency and timely publishing.
Quality of content and campaign execution.
Website traffic and leads generated through social media, where applicable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
