Job Title: Zonal Academic Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Zonal Academic Head to manage academic operations, monitor training quality, and coordinate with branch heads and trainers to ensure smooth functioning across the assigned zone, as Avodha has institutions in each of the above districts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor academic activities across multiple branches.
Supervise trainers, faculty members, and academic coordinators.
Ensure quality teaching, curriculum implementation, and timely syllabus completion.
Monitor student performance, attendance, and feedback.
Conduct regular branch visits and academic reviews.
Coordinate with management to achieve academic goals.
Organize faculty training and development programs.




Prepare academic reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor's, B.Ed or Master's degree in a relevant field.
K-TET, C-TET, SET, NET any one of these.
Experience in academic management, education, or training operations.
Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple branches and coordinate with different teams.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, or multi-branch academic operations are preferred.

Payment - 18000

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
