Job responsibilities
Assist production workers in transformer manufacturing, assembly, fabrication and other factory operations as instructed by the Production Supervisor.
Perform loading, unloading, shifting and stacking of materials using only approved handling equipment and trained personnel, ensuring safe movement and preventing damage.
Follow PPE requirements, secure lifting procedures, factory traffic rules and designated exclusion zones during all material handling activities.
Maintain transparent walkways, organised storage areas and proper segregation and disposal of waste materials to ensure a clean and protected working environment.
Assist production workers with packing, material preparation, cleaning and general housekeeping activities under supervision, while following assigned work instructions and production schedules.
