About the Role

We need a Production/Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, optimize processes, and ensure technical standards are met on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Analyze production processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost
Technical Support: Troubleshoot machinery and process issues on the shop floor
Documentation: Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports
Quality Assurance: Work with QC team to reduce defects and rework
Coordination: Liaise with production, maintenance, and supervisor teams
Compliance: Ensure processes follow safety and industry standards

Requirements
Diploma/B.E in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering preferred
2–5 years experience in manufacturing workplace
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process flow, and production metrics
Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach
Immediate joiners and local candidates from Ludhiana preferred
