Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate calls, customer interactions, and team performance.
Ensure quality standards and processes are followed.
Identify errors, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Provide constructive feedback to team members.
Prepare quality reports and maintain QA records.
Coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer experience and operational quality.




Support continuous improvement of processes and performance.

Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Quality Analyst in BPO/ Quality Assurance in BPO / Call Quality in BPO Sectors roles.
Solid communication and listening skills.
Positive analytical and observation skills.
Ability to identify process gaps and provide actionable feedback.
Comfortable working in a target-driven, in office environment.
Knowledge of multiple regional languages will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
