Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional and personalized approach.
Understand customer preferences, requirements and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain jewellery designs, lab-grown diamonds, product specifications and pricing clearly.
Demonstrate products and assist customers in making confident purchase decisions.
Handle customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups and appointments through calls and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.




Maintain a high standard of customer service and in-store experience.
Ensure proper display, handling and presentation of jewellery and merchandise.
Maintain customer records, enquiries and sales information accurately.
Coordinate with the store team for billing, order processing, delivery and after-sales requirements.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the management team.
Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends and lab-grown diamond concepts.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in jewellery or premium retail sales.
Good communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality.
Robust sales orientation with a willingness to achieve targets.
Valuable product knowledge and ability to explain details to customers.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
Jewelry sales: 3 years (Preferred)
