Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule nursing personnel while ensuring adequate shift coverage across all units.
Patient Care Quality: Formulate standard protocols, conduct regular clinical rounds, and monitor patient outcomes to maintain high standards of care.
Resource & Budget Administration: Oversee the allocation of nursing supplies, manage department budgets, and ensure cost-effective utilization of hospital equipment.
Policy Implementation: Translate hospital administrative policies into actionable procedures for ward sisters and staff nurses.
Discipline & Grievance: Address staffing issues, mediate conflicts, and conduct performance evaluations for the nursing team
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
