Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced sales qualified to drive our growth across India's online marketplaces, D2C channels and physical retail stores. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian consumer products market, preferably toys, educational products or related categories.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, other marketplaces and our own D2C website.
Develop and manage relationships with up-to-date trade, retail chains, distributors and independent retailers.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, pricing strategies and sales campaigns.
Expand our retail distribution network across India.
Manage sales targets, channel profitability, inventory planning and key account relationships.




Build and lead the sales team as the business grows.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience, with proven results in online marketplaces and offline retail distribution.
Robust working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, marketplace operations and e-commerce sales.
Established relationships with retail chains, distributors or key accounts in India.
Commercially driven, hands-on and capable of independently building sales channels.
MBA preferred.
Experience in toys, educational products, FMCG or consumer goods will be an advantage.

Designation and compensation will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated capabilities.
