We are looking for a responsible and organized Online Sales Coordinator to manage daily online sales operations, order processing, and packing coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to coordinate smoothly with the sales, warehouse, and packing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily online sales operations across e-commerce platforms.
Process and verify customer orders received online.
Coordinate order picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch.
Ensure orders are packed correctly and shipped on time.
Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams for order fulfillment.
Monitor order status, delivery updates, cancellations, and returns.
Maintain accurate sales records and inventory updates.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams.
Prepare daily online sales and order dispatch reports.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
