Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, following up with potential clients, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company services and provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain daily calling records and update customer details.
Communicate with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and management teams.
Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and conversions.





Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.
