Job description-

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Management
Manage and maintain all corporate social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube etc.).
Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely posting.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to foster an engaged online community.
Content Creation & Design
Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and video short-forms (Reels/Shorts) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
Write engaging copy and write captions tailored to different target audiences across channels.
Produce creative assets for paid ad campaigns, promotional events, and announcements.
Paid Advertising
Plan, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads.




Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, headlines, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rates, conversion rates, reach, CTR, and ROI.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Insights, and social media analytics suites to track user behavior and campaign performance.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
