About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The candidate will be responsible for invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, outstanding follow-ups, vendor and customer accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)
Manage customer invoices and payment receipts.
Record and update customer payment entries.
Track outstanding payments and conduct regular follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain Ageing & Outstanding Reports.
Perform customer and ledger reconciliation.
Resolve billing and payment-related discrepancies.

Accounts Payable (AP)
Process and verify vendor invoices.
Record vendor payments and expenses.
Maintain vendor accounts and perform vendor reconciliation.
Verify supporting documents before processing payments.
Track upcoming and outstanding vendor payments.
Coordinate with vendors regarding payment-related queries.

General Accounting & Reporting
Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)



and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Assist in preparing MIS reports.
Handle payment and receipt entries.
Verify expenses and payment-related documents.
Manage petty cash and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors for accounts-related matters.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Accounts / Finance.
Hands-on knowledge of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Positive understanding of invoicing, payments, receipts, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Basic to good knowledge of Tally or accounting software.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
Candidates from Travel, Tourism, OTA, BPO, or service-based industries will be preferred.
Knowledge of AP, AR, BRS, vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and ageing reports will be an advantage.
