We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher interested in building a career in the travel and aviation industry. The candidate will assist with flight reservations, ticketing, travel inquiries, itinerary preparation, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with flight bookings and ticket reservations.
Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and travel options.
Support domestic and international travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing travel itineraries and booking confirmations.
Handle customer inquiries through telephone, email, and other channels.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.




Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, and internal teams.
Learn and use relevant reservation and ticketing systems.
Provide professional customer service and booking support.

Requirements
IATA certification or relevant travel and tourism qualification preferred.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email communication.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Interest in travel, tourism, and aviation.
Willingness to learn airline reservation and ticketing systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
