Job Overview

Lere Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Administration.

The selected candidate will assist the HR team in daily HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
Post job vacancies on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters
Support attendance and leave management
Prepare basic HR reports and documentation




Assist in organizing employee activities and internal communication
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Positive organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of HR practices is an advantage, but not mandatory
