Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
Lead functional and technical workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements for asset lifecycle processes including procurement, allocation, tracking, maintenance, and retirement.
Translate business requirements into technical design documents, user stories, workflows, and development tasks.
Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HAM modules including Asset Models, Stockrooms, Procurement, Receiving, Asset Lifecycle workflows, and HAM Pro features.
Implement OOTB best practices for asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and CMDB alignment.
Design, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow SAM module including License Models, Entitlements, Reconciliation, Normalization, and Software Lifecycle workflows.
Implement SAM Pro features such as Publisher Packs, reclamation rules, normalization, and compliance calculations.
