Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and experienced Telecalling / Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Trichy. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, introducing them to our premium DTCP/RERA-approved plotted layout developments across prime locations in Trichy. Your primary objective will be engaging leads, answering project queries, and scheduling qualified prospective buyers for on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Connect with qualified leads generated through digital marketing, social campaigns, and local property databases.
Pitching & Presentation: Clearly explain project details, plot sizes, location advantages, connectivity, approvals, pricing, and payment schemes to prospective buyers.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospective buyers' investment goals, timelines, and budgets to recommend suitable plot options.
Site Visit Coordination: Persuade interested buyers to attend on-site plot visits and coordinate visit schedules with the on-ground field sales team.
Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Conduct systematic follow-ups with warm leads, resolve candidate queries, and maintain solid relationship momentum until visit completion.
CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately update call logs,



lead status, customer feedback, and appointment schedules in MS Excel/CRM daily.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, connected call ratios, and weekly site-visit conversion goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of proven experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or pre-sales. Prior experience in Real Estate plot/layout sales in Trichy or nearby regions will be given top preference.
Language Proficiency: Fluent and articulate in Tamil (mandatory); working knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Communication Skills: Confident telephone demeanor, professional etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle buyer objections smoothly.
Sales Drive: Target-oriented mindset with robust persuasion and rapport-building capabilities.
Technical Basics: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and tele-calling/CRM portals.
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Higher Secondary / 12th pass with solid relevant experience will also be considered).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
