Position: CS Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Handle company secretarial and statutory compliance activities.
Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
Assist with ROC/MCA filings and compliance requirements.
Prepare notices, minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
Coordinate with management, professionals, and government authorities when required.
Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory compliances.
Maintain proper documentation and records.

Requirements
Qualified CS Executive with relevant experience.




Minimum 2 years of practical experience in company secretarial/compliance work.
Good knowledge of Companies Act, MCA/ROC compliance and statutory requirements.
Positive communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
