Designation: Floor Manager
Location: Tanishq Showroom / Retail Store
Reporting To: Store Manager

Job Purpose

The Floor Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned floor, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining team discipline, and supporting the Store Manager in smooth showroom operations.

Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant retail /jewellery experience preferred.
Prior experience in a supervisory/team-leadership role will be an advantage.
