Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as required.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed.
Wash dishes, trays, containers, and other kitchen utensils.
Arrange and store ingredients properly, following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness at all times.




Support chefs and other kitchen team members during service hours.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Willingness to learn and support kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
Good teamwork, discipline, and time management.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, café, or hotel kitchen is an advantage.

Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
