Understand the daily and shift-wise production plan issued by the Production Manager.

Allocate production targets to the respective sections and machines.

Monitor production from respective departments throughout the shift.

Ensure production targets are achieved according to the required yarn count and quality.

Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency and productivity.Identify production losses and take immediate corrective action.

Coordinate with other departments to avoid interruption to production.

Ensure proper changeover when changing yarn counts, blends or production lots.

Maintain continuous production flow from one process to the next.

Allocate manpower according to production requirements.

Monitor attendance and manpower availability.





Ensure operators are positioned correctly for each machine/process.Supervise operator performance and discipline.Provide on-the-job guidance to operators and helpers.Identify training requirements and communicate them to the Production Manager/ Training Dept.Ensure proper shift handover between outgoing and incoming supervisors.Maintain discipline and valuable working practices within the production area. Follow theinstructions issued by the management from time to time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
