Improx Technology is seeking a proactive and motivated Retail Field Sales Associate to support business growth by identifying potential clients, promoting the company's IT services, and developing robust client relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in sales and business development.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential retail clients and local businesses to promote the company's IT services.
Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and communicate relevant service offerings.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to support lead conversion.
Coordinate with the internal team for client meetings and service-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of client visits, lead status,



and follow-up activities.
Work towards assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements
MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client interaction and relationship management.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas for client meetings.
A positive attitude, skilled approach, and willingness to learn.
Interest in sales, marketing, and IT services.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in retail sales or field sales is an added advantage.
