2-5 Years Job Summary ?We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to Non-IT recruitment through candidate research, talent mapping, market research, and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify candidates across Non-IT domains using LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, job boards, and company websites.
* Analyze candidate profiles, skills, experience, job titles, and career history.
* Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
* Conduct market and talent mapping to support recruitment requirements.
* Use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates.
* Assist recruiters with candidate identification and research.
* Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and Excel.




* Prepare candidate lists and research reports.
* Track daily/weekly productivity and stay updated on industry hiring trends. Requirements ? Solid internet research and analytical skills. ? Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and online search techniques. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Good communication skills. ? Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. ? Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. ? Bachelor’s degree preferred. ? Recruitment research, sourcing, staffing, or market research experience is a plus. ? Knowledge of Boolean search and ATS/CRM systems is preferred. ? Exposure to US recruitment/staffing is an advantage.
