Responsibilities
• Ensure secure working in the assigned area during the entire shift.
• Implementation of CAPA in turbine area Pumps, Piping, Valves.
• To works as per JSA.
• Execute innovative plant maintenance standards required to remain competitive.
• Provide input to long term maintenance plans based on predictive & preventive maintenance principles.
• Provide budget inputs and control cost to maintain yearly budgets
• Interface with other departments in supporting plant PLF, Heat Rate, and other key goals.
• Support to maintain optimum inventory level while keeping balance between inventory value and availability of critical spares.
• Ensure continual improvement in equipment and system performance.
• Get work done through service provider.
• Maintain necessary document for the job.
• Quality parameter’s to be achieved through best maintenance practices. Qualifications Essential Qualification: B.
