Responsibilities – Bakery Chef
Manage daily bakery & confectionery production.
Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, cookies and desserts.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
Develop current products and improve existing recipes.
Supervise and train bakery staff.
Control food cost, inventory and wastage.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and food safety.
Monitor raw materials and production requirements.
Maintain bakery equipment and work area.
Ensure timely completion of orders and production targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
