Location: Jaipur (on-site, with site visits) | Type: Full-time | Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role

You will be the ERP Lead's right hand and the first point of contact for users at our mines, plant and offices. About half your time goes to supporting and training users. The rest goes to documentation, data quality and small configuration and development tasks, with a explicit path to growing into a developer.

What You Will DoSupport and training
Be first-line support for users in stores, weighbridge, dispatch, security, HR and accounts. Reproduce issues, find root causes, and escalate to the Lead when needed.
Train site and office staff on ERPNext workflows, in Hindi, on the ground.
Create SOPs, user manuals, quick-reference guides and short training videos.
Track recurring errors and training gaps, and suggest fixes to the Lead.

Data and governance
Create and maintain masters (items, equipment, locations, customers, contractors, employees) and keep them clean.
Monitor daily data entry for gaps, delays and anomalies, and follow up with users.
Prepare test cases, run UAT cycles, and log and track bugs.

Light development (under the Lead's guidance)




Configure custom fields, workflows, notifications, print formats and standard reports.
Write easy client and server scripts and SQL queries.
Help build report and dashboard views.

Must Have
1–3 years of experience with ERPNext, Frappe or another ERP, as a functional consultant, support executive or junior developer.
Basic Python, SQL and JavaScript.
Positive understanding of stock, purchase, sales and basic accounting.
Comfortable training non-technical users and working with site teams.
Fluent in Hindi, with good written English for documentation.
Willing to travel regularly to mine and plant sites.

Good to Have
Experience in manufacturing, mining or logistics.
Video or documentation skills (screen recording, Loom or similar).
Frappe bench setup experience.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in IT, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.

Compensation: As per experience and market standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
