Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Pune. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and procurement processes. The role requires effective communication and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for procurement requirements.
Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and timelines.
Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.




Ensure timely availability of required materials.
Assist in vendor coordination and negotiation as required.

Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
Candidates with experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy, or related industries are preferred.
Strong knowledge of purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and procurement processes.
Positive communication and vendor coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of organic farming practices is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
